ALPLA Long-Term Internship Program
This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resources Department while contributing to real-life HR projects over 11 months.
The internship program will be conducted at the plant in Gebze.
What makes you great

3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or related fields, with student status continuing throughout the 11-month internship program.

Good command of both English and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interest in Human Resources and motivation to gain practical experience in HR operations and projects.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli, within commuting distance of our Gebze plant and along the company shuttle routes covering the Maltepe–Gebze corridor.

Available to work at least 3 days per week during the academic year.

- Support day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
