Security Head

Overall responsibility to handle security department at site to ensure prevention of company assets thru theft/pilferage, security of employees and workmen, timely removal of disputes and establish peaceful environment, proper communication, Security men management, Adhere security budget 

Tasks

• Maintaining Security in Pashamylaram plant.
• Control on all Inward & Outward Material.
• Control on RGP & NRGP Include in case of Emergency Moment of Machinery Part on Holiday & Night.
• Surprise Security Checks in Plant.
• CCTV Monitoring.
• Outside Area 5S Responsibility.
• Visitor Management -Verify identification of employees, visitors, and vendors. Issue visitor passes and maintain entry logs
• Control on Private Vehicles (Such as Cars & Trucks)
• Maintaining Personal Hygiene of Employees as well as Workers.
• Daily Plant Round.
• Take appropriate action in case of theft, fire, accidents, or security breaches
• All relevant documentation as per GDP guidelines.
• Complying with established Food safety guidelines as per FSSC 22000:2018 & ISO/TS22002-4:2013. Reporting any abnormalities observed related to product quality food safety risks and hazards.
• Handling Customer Audits as and when required
• Security planning and Training.
• Implementation of SOP's and procedures
• Security audit and Budgetary control.

Experience (Must Have)

• EX Army serviceman is a must.
• 20-25 Yrs of experience
• Age- 45-50 yrs
