What you will enjoy doing
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing existing processes, data, and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and implement improvement plans, including timelines, resources, and metrics for success.
- Train and coach team members on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive collaborative problem-solving and process optimization.
- Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and demonstrate the impact of improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, standard work instructions, and project reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement, recognizing achievements, and promoting best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Provide the necessary training to all employees for full implementation of Alpla ERP operations controlling tools and systems
- Ensure data quality and ERP data base is up to date.
- Represent the plant CI performance and achievements to the corporate
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, FMEA, TPM, MUDA,Standard work and Visual management).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Preferred qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and address challenges, adapting quickly and effectively to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Excellent English and French communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools and Power BI.
