acilitate and advise the execution of Operational Excellence projects by leveraging data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, quantify impact, and support strategic decision-making.

Manage and review the progress and effectiveness of Operational Excellence initiatives through KPI monitoring, statistical analysis, and trend evaluation to enable timely course corrections.

Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen Teian, Visual Management) by using operational data to prioritize actions, measure adoption rates, and validate ROI for each tool.

Ensure staff proficiency in Continuous Improvement tools through training programs focused on data interpretation, analytical software use (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab), and evidence-based problem solving.
What makes you great
- Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related.
- +3 years of experience in data controlling for operations in manufacturing enviorments
- Willing to travel
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing tools: 5S's, Problem Analysis and Solution, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Idea Management, Hoshin Kanri, TPM principles.
