Associate Key Account Manager
What you will enjoy doing
- Support Regional Key Account Manager in managing the assigned account and in leading sales activities
- Find opportunities to expand the business
- Conduct meetings/calls with customers to deal with issues, gather information, and manage customer relationship
- Research or retrieve needed information and present an organized and clear report
- Monitor customer sales performance and oversee project
- Overlook project development progress from RFQ to commercial handover
- Coordinate with other departments on any projects as required
- Preparation for meetings/visits/audits
- Regularly update and maintain Sales-related information files
What makes you great
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields
- 5 years minimum work experience in B2B Sales and/or Key account management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Focus on proactive engagement: relationship and network building
