What you will enjoy doing
As Project Manager - Global HR Software Rollout, you plan, steer, and successfully deliver the rollout of a global HR software solution – from initial alignment through go‑live.

- You lead our strategic project “UNITE”, guiding it from its current phase through to successful global implementation.
- Together with an expert team you own the end‑to‑end scope across the entire employee life cycle, including master and organizational data, interfaces, compliance and legal requirements, recruiting, learning & development, talent management, as well as onboarding and offboarding.
- You coordinate across regions, implementation partners, and software vendors, ensuring clear communication and full transparency at all times.
- You lead an international project team, define clear roles and responsibilities, and foster strong cross‑border collaboration.
- You track progress, budget, and milestones and provide regular, structured updates to senior leadership.
- You ensure smooth integration with existing systems and actively drive the harmonization of global HR processes.
- You take ownership of change management and communication, including the design and delivery of training concepts, to ensure a successful go‑live for end users and HR teams.
