Maintenance Engineering Supervisor
What you will enjoy doing
- Lead preventive maintenance and machine repair activities

Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and drive root cause analysis

Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians

Plan maintenance schedules and maintain machine history records

Support new machine installation and improvement projects

Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and 5S standards

Monitor spare parts, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related Engineering field
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering maintenance with supervisory responsibility

Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor controls, and preventive maintenance
-
Experience in manufacturing (plastic packaging experience is an advantage)

Good command of English

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills
Working Schedule & Location

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 07.00 - 16.00 hrs. (OT Required until 19.00 hrs.)
