What you will enjoy doing
In this role you ensure and achieve excellence in ALPLA global operations through the implementation of excellent Smart Operations Solutions:
- Develop concepts for global rollouts of Smart Operations Solutions
- Coordinate implementation of Smart Operations Solutions in ALPLA operations by means of professional Project Management
- Optimally prepare ALPLA manufacturing sites for the rollout of Smart Operations Solutions including standards, methods and tools
- Create trainings documentation, methods and didactics for Smart Operations Solutions
- Lead implementation Smart Operations Solutions sustainably adhering to operations controlling standards and routines. Interact with employees on all management levels in plants and collaborate with regional and corporate experts
- Identify improvement potential and autonomously execute problem-solving and optimization workshops to foster operational excellence
- Effectively govern global operations support through collaboration with regional and corporate colleagues including professional documentation and communication
- Contribute to the continuous development and realization of new smart operations methods and technologies on corporate level to enhance operational performance in ALPLA manufacturing sites
What makes you great
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or (Business) Management with 2+ years of industry experience
- Proficient in project management. Knowledge in agile methodologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for manufacturing and operational excellence
- Strong process management, analytical, and methodological skills
- Lean Management expertise with a focus on Manufacturing, Operations Controlling, Industry 4.0 technologies, and IoT
- Proficient in MS Office, MES, ERP, BI systems. Knowledge in MS SQL queries, Python, and low-code solutions of advantage
- High willingness to travel with advanced intercultural skills
- Excellent English and German language skills - additional languages are advantageous
