In this role, you work closely on a global level with a wide range of hierarchical levels, shape global development approaches, and create the conditions that enable our leaders and ALPLA worldwide to be effective.

  • You take responsibility beyond structures and programs, creating the foundation for leadership at ALPLA to contribute meaningfully to business success – with a clear focus on organizational development and change.
  • You actively drive the further development of our globally growing organization and work closely with management in an international, culturally diverse environment.
  • You are responsible for the strategic expansion of the global talent and leadership pipeline, further developing existing approaches and purposefully strengthening leaders in their role as drivers of change.
  • A key focus lies on organizational development: together with relevant stakeholders, you identify future requirements for structures, collaboration, and mindsets, and derive effective measures from these insights.
  • As a strategic partner for the regions, you build sustainable stakeholder relationships and connect global frameworks with regional applicability, supported by a dedicated and professional team.

  • Extensive leadership experience in international, matrix-structured organizations, combined with strong expertise in steering cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
  • Profound expertise in the design and implementation of global leadership development as well as in supporting organizational development with a sustainable impact on structures and performance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, paired with decisiveness, confidence in dealing with ambiguity, and the ability to constructively manage complex stakeholder constellations.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to communicate at eye level with top management and international leadership teams, combined with pragmatism and a clear focus on what truly matters.
  • A strong willingness to continuously evolve personal perspectives and approaches in order to effectively support leadership and the organization through phases of growth and transformation.
