Responsible for Japan marketing and business development in the rigid plastic packaging industry

Acquisition of new customers; develop potential business of all new accounts and new segments with new customer development

Follow up current sales projects by defining customers' needs

Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities

Identify and develop new business segments/customers in line with company targets

Establish and maintain customer relationships

Conduct market analysis on customers and competitors

Participate in tenders and follow up actions in offers, negotiations, and project follow-ups

Conduct negotiations of all kinds (price, contracts, etc.)

Elaborate business plans and product/article calculations
-
Support and advise Regional Management in all kinds of decisions

Coordinate all kinds of customer requests and issues covering commercial tasks, e.g., international tenders, finance, operations, quality, or technics
What makes you great
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Min. 5+ years business acquisition and marketing experience in rigid plastic packaging industry in Japan
-
Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-
Excellent numerical skills
-
Fluent spoken and written English is a must
-
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
-
Good analytical and presentation capabilities

A local Japanese talent
