Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions (both Theory & Practical) on plastics processing techniques such as injection moulding, blow moulding, etc.
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and practical sessions
- Support trainees in understanding mould design, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in plastics
- Ensure effective classroom and practical lab management

Experience: Fresher to 2–3 Years
Education: Diploma/Degree from CIPET / B. Tech in Plastics Engineering

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
