Production Manager - Injection Molding
What you will enjoy doing
- Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and production efficiency.
- Monitor production performance and solve operational issues.
- Control manpower, production costs, and overtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Coach and develop supervisors and production staff.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, 5S, and Safety standards.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience managing production in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Injection Molding (IM) processes.
- Experience in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Safety systems is an advantage.

Working Schedule & Location
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 08.00 - 17.00 hrs.
- Location: TFD Industrial Estate 2, Chachoengsao
