Recycling Logistics Specialist

- Led the annual and monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and capacity analysis for the Recycling Division (RCCP and TEEP), ensuring accurate budgeting, optimal resource utilization, and alignment of production capabilities with customer demand and business objectives.
- Calculated and communicated annual post-consumer bottle bale requirements to the Procurement team, based on RCCP capacity planning scenarios, enabling the development of effective sourcing and consumption strategies while ensuring alignment with operational demand.
- Generated, aligned, and tracked RCCP capacity planning proposals with key customers, ensuring on-time and in-full demand fulfillment while maximizing operational efficiency and resource utilization.
- Collaborated in the development of Business Plans and strategic projects for the Recycling Division, evaluating operational requirements, capacity scenarios, and growth opportunities to support business expansion and profitability goals.
- Managed the design, implementation, and periodic review of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), driving service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Planning, Warehousing, and Transportation processes
