Finance Manager
What you will enjoy doing
- Being in charge of the local finance and controlling reports which includes to provide timely and accurate, regular and ad hoc financial reports for the plant
- Support the Regional Finance Management as well as the local departments in all commercial related matters
- Support local managers in the analysis of the current operations, capital investments, recommending and implementing solutions and improvements for KPI achievement
- Overseeing and perform activities in the area of operational, sales & production controlling
- Prepare and analyze budget figures and identify deviations from forecasts and derive measures to close possible gaps
- Responsible for risk management – accounts receivable management and covering the topic of credit insurance
What makes you great
- University degree in Economics\Finance\Accounting
- More than 5 years of experience in Finance & Controlling in a manufacturing company – already covering a commercial management position would be a plus
- Very good computer skills, excellent MS Office
- Proactive approach towards information sourcing
- Leadership experience combined with a solution driven personality
- Analytical, creative and out of the box thinking
- Self-motivation, self-reliance, strong organizational skills
- Fluent English skills (written & spoken)
