Logistics & Procurement Operations Coordinator - 50% bis 100% (all gender)

What you will enjoy doing

First level support and coordination between our global plants and procurement (e.g., monitoring tax, duty, freight documents)
Coordination and handling of logistic operations, including the import of goods into global markets, and managing customs paperwork if necessary
Operational communication with international suppliers and potential freight forwarders
Monitoring stock levels and assisting in the communication of raw material volume forecasts to our suppliers, aligned with global procurement
Controlling ALPLA Group contractual internal volume agreements
Reporting business figures to the global procurement team (e.g., turnover, volumes, costs)

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
more than 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and/or procurement
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade compliance
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges High level of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Due to the small team size, a high degree of independence and self-reliance is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)
