What you will enjoy doing
As the Head of Corporate Quality Assurance, you will lead our Corporate Quality Assurance department, playing a key role in advancing our global quality strategy. Your primary focus will be on the standardization and optimization of quality assurance processes to ensure the highest quality standards across all areas of the company. You will work closely with regional Quality Assurance Managers and foster strong partnerships with our strategic and key customers.
- Promoting a Quality Culture across all levels of the company through targeted initiatives and training
- Ensuring Effective Quality Assurance Control and leading global projects aimed at continuous quality improvement
- Customer Support through proactive and professional collaboration, including negotiating and adapting Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA)
- Global Responsibility for Complaint Management and further development of QA standards, methods, and equipment
- Quality Management and Standardization across the entire company, including new areas and departments
What makes you great
- You hold a technical or quality-related degree, providing you with a solid foundation in your field
- You have experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, ideally in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical sectors
- You have proven expertise in process and product control and ideally hold a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- You are skilled in project and change management, with strong negotiation skills
- You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to identify and resolve complex issues
- You are fluent in both English and German, capable of clearly and concisely communicating complex topics
- You are a true team player with a strong service orientation, and you have the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- You are flexible and willing to travel internationally
