HR Generalist
What you will enjoy doing
- Recruitment activities; coordinates recruitment and selection (incl. contract setup)
- Responsible for employee work life cycle (On- and Offboarding)
- Maintenance, control and correction of time management
- Contributes to the further development of company health management
- Creation of personnel statistics for operational evaluation
- Prepares material for and collaborates with external payroll (timings, vacation, bonus etc.)
- Support with personnel-related audits
- Creation and documentation of training plans
- Employer branding measures
- Taking responsibility for personnel management projects
- Organizes bus services for shopfloor employees
- Manages access card system for employees and visitors
- Responsible for learning & development (e-skill, training)
- Ensures hotel bookings and food
- Manages external cleaners
- Fleet management
- Collaborate with external company for temporary personnel if needed
What makes you great
- College-level professional qualification (HR, employment law, personnel)
- Interest and passion for HR, commitment to personal and professional growth
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR preferable in a manufacturing company
- Daily communication in English is required, in addition to Hungarian
- Familiarity with the NexonBér & NexonTime payroll system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Teamwork orientation
- Independent, precise handling of data
- Excellent communication skills
- Sociable and friendly demeanor
