- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring collaboration in the recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment outcomes, focusing on quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics.
- Enhance the employer branding strategy to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Lead employee engagement efforts, conducting surveys and implementing strategies to drive a positive workplace culture.
- Drive the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous development.
- Work closely with management team to improve employee work relationships, engagement, retention and performance.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
What makes you great
- 10-12 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or a similar HR leadership role.
- Post-graduation (full-time) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution with an excellent academic track record.
- Preferred localite with a strong understanding of the regional talent landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with senior management and employees across departments.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
- A pleasing and approachable personality with a positive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
