Support Alpla Caribe operations by ensuring that the plant's maintenance system guarantees the availability, reliability, and efficiency of equipment and facilities. Lead and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize operational performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with the organization's quality, safety, cost, and productivity standards.
Lo que te hace genial
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and at least 3 years of experience leading work teams.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Experience in budget management, project management, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and results-oriented competencies.
- Manufacturing industry experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in the English language (preferred).
