
Quality Supervisor
What you will enjoy doing
Customer Service
- Responsible for the handling of all customer complaints
- Implements and executes analysis via professional problem solving tools
- Follows up on corrective and preventive actions incl. submission to the customer
- Prepares the monthly customer complain reports
Quality Assurance & Control
- Supervises quality assurance/control process from incoming to finished goods
- Supervises of QA/QC core functions: measure, record and report dimensional, functional and visual attributes as per specified requirements
- Monitors data analysis and control (TIG/CAQ)
- Creates and manages quality relevant specifications such as inspection plans, specifications, drawings and packaging instructions including its review
- Assist to maintain customer approved color samples for each SKU
- Defines internal specification limits in collaboration with production department
- Coordinates with the related departments trials and evaluations
- Responsible for the handling of all internal complaints (Non conformity records = NCR)
- Supervises of outsourced testing and calibration activities
- Prepare reporting in the customer complains handling tool (CCH tool)
- Maintaining all Lab. Equipment in original working conditions.
Safety Awareness
- Active implementation of safety concept in compliance the local regulations
People management
- Executes quality meetings
- Plans, directs and assigns duties of quality personnel
- Ensures efficient communication (internal and external)
- Prepares shift schedules via maintaining a skill level balance on all shifts
- Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training
- Prepares the monthly Quality Performance report “KPI”
- Reports the QA Key figures in eMis for monthly closing
- Representation of Q team during operation meeting incl. relevant KPI updates
What makes you great
Education/ Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Chemistry field with quality background
- Further qualifications/certifications in the quality field are considered a plus
Experience
- Experience in plastics blow molding or injection molding
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience in a similar position
- 3 or more years' experience in a management position in quality, preferably within plastics industry
- Experience in quality lab equipment handling, chemical measurements etc.
- Experience in assisting quality system audits and reports as well as the needed actions to meet the audited targets
- Usage of statistical analyzes

- Very good knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent analytical, numerical and statistical
- Strong supervision skills and ability to motivate people
- Must have a strong personality and quality oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours
- High level of energy
- Flexibility
