Senior Raw Material Procurement Specialist

• Issue and manage local and Foreign Purchase Orders accurately and on time.

• Execute POs and work orders as assigned.

• Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.

• Identify and evaluate suppliers

• Conduct market research and support negotiations.

• Maintain supplier database and sourcing channels.

• Ensure compliance with payment cycles and documentation.

• Review invoices and delivery notes.

• Lead or support cost‑saving initiatives.

• Conduct supplier performance evaluations.

• Submit weekly procurement and sourcing reports.

• Follow occupational safety rules.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.

• Strong knowledge of plastic resins (PE, PP, etc.) and masterbatch materials.

• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.

• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Solid understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques.

• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
