Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Procurement (all gender)

As a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth logistics and procurement operations across our global network. You will coordinate material orders, monitor supply flows, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the reliability and efficiency of ALPLA's international supply chain.

• Managing the complete order lifecycle for internal customers, including order entry, monitoring, documentation, and invoicing
• Placing material orders with external suppliers and tracking confirmations, delivery dates, and possible deviations
• Monitoring inventory levels at external warehouses and coordinating replenishments
• Organizing transport shipments and selecting freight forwarders, including basic price negotiations
• Coordinating operational topics with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting import and export processes, including customs documentation when required
• Monitoring contractual volume agreements and preparing operational reports
• Acting as a backup for global supply chain topics, such as raw material availability, demand tracking, forecasting, and selected strategic initiatives

• Completed commercial education or studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• At least three years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, procurement, or a similar role
• You enjoy working in an international environment and like coordinating multiple operational topics at the same time
• You are organized, proactive, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
