ALPLA Long-Term Internship Program
This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the HR, Accounting, or Controlling departments while contributing to real-life projects over 11 months.
The internship program will be conducted at plant in Gebze and Ataşehir office.
What makes you great
- 3rd and 4th-year students currently enrolled in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties (with the requirement that their student status must continue for the next 11 months).
- Proficiency in English and Turkish is required.
- Residing in an area compatible with the shuttle network between Kocaeli Gebze and Istanbul Maltepe.
- Available to work at least 3 days a week during the academic year.
**Internship participation is not mandatory for students requiring compulsory internships. Interns will be insured by ALPLA.
What you can expect working with us
- An 11 month long-term internship experience as a project student.

- Assist in project management and implementation under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of departmental strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
