What you will enjoy doing

Talent Management: Conduct talent reviews, develop high-potential employees, and propose organizational structures to optimize performance.
HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies to ensure alignment with business needs.
Workforce Planning: Manage headcount planning, support budgeting, and monitor HR KPIs through regular reporting.
Recruiting: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from policy development and sourcing to interviews, onboarding, and probation reviews.
Compensation & Benefits: Conduct market analysis to design competitive reward systems and ensure all records comply with legal standards.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, address employee relations issues, and assist in dispute resolution.
Performance Management: Administer the performance appraisal system and ensure the process runs smoothly across the organization.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, design training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to support continuous improvement.

University degree in HR or Administrative management or related field
Min of 10 years of experience, 5 years experience in managerial position in WOFE in manufacturing environment.
Experience in start-up environment is beneficial
Excellent English is a MUST
Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Able to work in a multi-national and multi-culture environment
Comprehensive knowledge on HR functions
Strong leadership, managerial, mentoring and counseling skills
Responsible, organized and professional in handling confidential information
The ability to work independently and with the team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, independent and proactive.
Based at Indonesia new plant.
