Dynamics Regional Specialist - D365
What you will enjoy doing
- Responsible for the global support with main focus Asia region (India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) and the continuous know how transfer of adaptions of Microsoft D365 within the cluster.
- Single point of contact between corporate D365 team and the regional / local key users
- Ensuring the application of standardized ERP processes within the region
- Identification of areas of improvement within the ERP system and continuously search for solutions and optimizations
- Ensuring availability and stability of the ERP system with the cluster area
- Being the first level of support for key users (ticket solving)
- Implement and train ERP standard processes and know how in at least the below mentioned areas finance.
- Being actively involved in the updates of new solutions developed in the Scrum style
- Align with the corporate D365 team the timings and plans for releases of new developments
- Ensure an efficient way of tests & training of new developments to the key users in the Asian cluster hub
- Being the direct contact to local external partners in case of the necessity of local developments
What makes you great
- Technical or Degree from university (preferably with specialization in IT)
- 4 or more years of experience in a related field in finance
- Creating documents in the corresponding national language / English
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ideally additional modules
- Experience in agile SW and solution development
- Sound understanding of financial correlations (related to accounting, procurement, stock management)
- Profound knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to explain process details in a simple, understandable way
- High flexibility and willingness to travel (30-50%)
- Self-dependent and hands-on working style.
- Other duties assigned by management.
