Senior Corporate HSE Expert (all genders)

The Senior Corporate HSE Expert drives the implementation of corporate health, safety, and environmental strategies across the organization. The role ensures compliance with standards, supports regional and country teams, and promotes a strong and consistent safety culture worldwide.

• Provide technical guidance on the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program and ensure safe implementation during maintenance activities
• Develop clear and engaging HSE communication materials to strengthen safety awareness across the organization
• Monitor compliance with HSE management systems and ALPLA standards
• Prepare Lessons Learned reports for Lost Time Injuries, including root cause analysis and preventive recommendations
• Support regional and country HSE managers in rolling out global HSE initiatives and deliver targeted training sessions
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure effective corrective actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed HSE practices into daily operations and support the Head of Corporate HSE in strategic and operational tasks

• Degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science, or a related field
• Strong experience in operational HSE management, preferably in an international environment
• International certificate in HSE management
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Experience with HSE suites (e.g. Intelex) and MS Office Suite (a.o. PowerBI, Forms)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and training skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (up to 60% travel)
