Assistant Planning Specialist

- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage extensive information, perform analysis, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Solid understanding of production, cost, and quality operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
- Candidates who currently reside in or are willing to relocate to Adana, Gebze, or İzmir.
What you can expect working with us
- Receive PET department orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support production planning and create production orders according to finalized plans.
- Coordinate shipments, export container organization, and related documentation.
- Monitor packaging materials, inventory counts, and collaborate with customers for alignment.
- Track weekly subcontract sales and optimize warehouse and material stock levels.
- Assist the sales team with new customer setups and preform sales price confirmations.
- Participate in improvement projects and coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics departments.
- Resolve customer order issues and provide support to other facilities as needed.
