Projectmanager Finance WEEU (m/w/d)
What you will enjoy doing
- Project planning and management: development and implementation of project plans, budgeting and resource management. Ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and to the defined quality standards.
- Coordination and communication: Collaboration with various internal departments (e.g. IT, Controlling, Accounting) and external partners. You are the central point of contact for all financial project issues.
- Process optimization: Identification and implementation of process improvements in the areas of finance, controlling and reporting.
- Budget and financial planning: monitoring and controlling project budgets, preparing financial analyses and forecasts and ensuring the efficiency of the resources used.
- Risk management: Identification and assessment of project risks, development of risk mitigation measures.
- Reporting: Regular preparation of project status reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
- Project completion and follow-up: conducting project reviews, performance reviews and lessons learned for future projects.
What makes you great
- Degree in economics, finance or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in managing finance projects, ideally in the finance department of a medium-sized or large company.
- Sound knowledge of financial planning, analysis and reporting as well as experience in using financial tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in project management, excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problems and derive recommendations for action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in at least three languages to convey complex financial topics in an understandable way. Fluency in German and English required and relevant in another language of the Western European region.
- Ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams.
- You are an independent, solution-oriented and proactive team player who keeps a clear head even in stressful times and is able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- You are open to change and successfully implement new ideas.
