What you will enjoy doing
- Work with local plant team to resolve ERP Module related issues
- Ensure the printers and PCs linked to ERP systems are working correctly
- Ensure the scanners and other ERP linked equipment are working correctly
- Implement equipment for new processes as and when required by the regional team
- Co-ordinate with all regional/plant teams for database correction and collection
- Assist regional team for implementation of new ERP modules
- Manage the ERP software updates
- Create reports or data extraction from SQL based on regional/plant team requests
- Provide technical support during budget creation
- Additional functional IT and database related activities as and when requested by regional team
- Work with local plant team to resolve ERP Module related issues
What makes you great
- B. Tech – Computer science or IT preferred.
- Basic SQL skills required
- Excellent Communication Skills (Both written and Oral)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS excel preferred
