Quality Inspector - Milton Keynes
What you will enjoy doing
As a Quality Inspector you will Working as part of the Quality department in a shift-based role to support delivery of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the site which operates 24/7.
- Carry out quality checks on products coming off the production lines to ensure they are of the highest quality.
- Roving quality checks to be effectively carried out at both front end of machine and finished goods recording the status / disposition of product.
- To ensure customer and internal specifications are always met .
- To carry out daily / weekly checks on QC equipment and record that it is in good working order To maintain & improve 5S standards within the lab
- Isolate non-conforming bottles and accurately record
- Ensure that all activities in quality department are carried out in accordance with health and safety (45001) and hygiene standards on site.
- Ensure that all activities in the quality department are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 / FSSC / ISO 22000 standards on site.
- Accurately complete shift quality log to aid effective handover communication between the cross functional teams, including management and staff.
- Ensuring all Internal audits are completed as per schedule

Experience Required:
- Previous role within a Quality / Compliance / Testing position within a manufacturing environment – ideally with experience of laboratory based analytical testing
- Highly analytical and exceptional attention to detail
- Organised and able to communicate results effectively
- Awareness and knowledge of food safety policies
- Understand Food Safety requirements
