Our team provides global IT solutions for ALPLA's support and management processes. From requirements analysis to implementation, we take care of our customers in the areas of Finance, Purchasing, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Sustainability.

As a Associate Solution Architect, you won't just be part of exciting projects – you'll actively shape the IT landscape of tomorrow! You will take responsibility for designing and guiding the implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs and drive innovation. Working closely with Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Operators, you'll ensure that technical solutions align perfectly with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design future-proof architectures: Create robust, scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that support business goals and align with IT strategy
  • Bridge business and technology: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and contribute ideas to make processes more efficient and future-ready
  • Drive innovation: Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our solutions
  • Ensure quality and alignment: Review and approve architecture changes to maintain strategic and technical consistency
  • Document and communicate: Prepare clear architectural diagrams and design specifications for all stakeholders
  • Smooth transition to operations: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless handover and maintenance
