ALPLA KIDS

Our highly qualified childcare service provides childcare facilities from Monday to Friday for children aged 15 months to 6 years. It is offered in groups indoors and outdoors to create an optimal environment for children to develop.

ALPLA Academy

The ALPLA Academy is a professional partner for managers and employees when it comes to learning and training. In collaboration with our regional partners, our primary objective is to offer strategically relevant, appropriate and professional learning and training methods and tools which enable people to successfully perform their tasks and develop their strengths and potential within the organisation.

Flexible Working Hours

We offer a wide range of models that are tailored to the individual needs and wishes of our employees. They include flexitime, working from home, time off in lieu, a time-off account, purchased leave and sabbaticals. They enable an optimal organisation of working hours and contribute to a good work–life balance.

Climate-friendly mobility

As a contribution to environmental protection and as part of our responsibility for the health of our employees, we promote various forms of sustainable mobility. These include the use of public transport with the VMOBIL job ticket and a free Maximo ticket for everyone under 26, attractive financing offers for bicycles; carpooling and car sharing in cooperation with Caruso Vorarlberg.

Fitness and Health

The health and well-being of our employees are particularly important to us. With ALPLAsport, we offer a varied range of leisure activities free of charge, including functional training, Pilates, yoga and informative talks on topics such as healthy nutrition, better sleep and relaxation.

Catering

We provide a lunch subsidy of €4.50 for use in nearby restaurants, which applies on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. We also offer healthy company catering in our pavilion in collaboration with Seidl@Work.
