HR Generalist
What you will enjoy doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing.
- Support daily HR operations and respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company strategy.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all government regulations, including Labor Office and Social Insurance requirements.
- Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
