- Direct maintenance and repair activities for utility systems, facility systems, and production machines/molds.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Lead the installation, modification, and takeover of all new machines and plant facilities.
- Monitor and manage the department budget, including maintenance costs and utility consumption.
- Analyze root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and equipment history records.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the engineering team, ensuring they attend mandatory safety and technical training.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and regional engineering teams for technical projects and contracts.
- Maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards across all engineering and utility areas.
What you can expect working with us
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in plastic packaging products is a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or progressively responsible engineering role.
- Technical knowledge of water systems (RO/DI/WWT), electrical distribution, HVAC, cooling towers, Compressed dried air system, and fire protection.
- Experience with motor controls, PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- Engineering professional license is an advantage.
- Based at Indonesia new plant.
