PET PREFORM- Production Executive
What you will enjoy doing
Production & Operations
- Supervise injection moulding machines (Husky / Netstal / Sipa)
- Manage production planning, shift operations, and manpower allocation
- Optimize process parameters such as pressure, IV, AA, preform weight, and dimensions
- Ensure adherence to 5S and GMP standards
- Maintain safety compliance across operations
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure defect‑free production
- Achieve RET targets
- Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and documentation requirements
- Conduct process audits and ensure CAPA implementation
What makes you great
- Candidate having 5–10 years of experience in PET preform manufacturing.
- Prior working experience with Husky / Netstal / Sipa are highly preferred
- Candidate with Diploma - Electrical, Mechanical and CIPET-DPT/PPT is preferred.
- Good communication skills with reasonable proficiency in English speaking & writing
