HR & Admin Lead
What you will enjoy doing
- Manage HR systems, maintain employee records, and generate HR reports.
- Monitor attendance, leave, employee transactions, and benefits administration.
- Handle PRs, POs, GRs, supplier follow-up, and approvals.
- Manage social insurance procedures, governmental compliance, and monthly related payments.
- Administer medical insurance enrollment, claims, and policy renewals.
- Coordinate employee transportation schedules, supplier invoices, and payment processing.
- Update organizational charts and maintain accurate reporting structures.
- Manage outsourced employees' records and service agreement compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts, manage renewals, and follow up on probation periods and performance feedback.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and support smooth HR & administrative operations across departments.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations and understanding of factory/industrial work environments.
- Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and governmental procedures.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee data and records.
- Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage stress effectively and maintain performance under high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and external suppliers.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
