Operational Excellence Executive
What you will enjoy doing
- Execute, design and evaluate the project journey on the local level. (Project NEXT)
- Execute and coordinate improvement projects and KAIZEN workshops with the support of the regional Operational Excellence Team. (where needed)
- Verify new tools & methods, implement and sustain them on the local level
- Support process owners in the implementation of new tools or the execution of improvement projects
- Ensure that official tools/reports/systems are used correctly
- Support/provide general Operational Excellence training on the local level for employees
- Set up local recognition/gamification in alignment with the regional framework
- Create/review/implement Good Practices & Participate in KAIZEN workshops in other plants of the region
- Regular communication to all involved parties in the project, & Create documentation and blogs about project experience/results
- Adjust and execute the project communication campaign
What makes you great
- B.Tech (Any Specialisation) & MBA candidates preferred
- Lean Six Sigma in Green Belt certified
- Minimum 4 years of experience required
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with other departments and handle a multi-task environment with excellent
