Senior Key Account Manager
What you will enjoy doing
- Responsible for accounts across Middle East and North Africa.
- Collaborate with all technical internal divisions within the plants in the MENA region to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with our customers and maximizes sales opportunities.
- Ensure operating daily under ALPLA's safety standards & regulations.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility.
- Act as the account manager for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations.
- Act as the key interface between our related customers in the region and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Participate in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
- Meet assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
What makes you great
- Commercial bachelor's degree or master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and preferably within manufacturing industry.
- French language is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent relationship building skills and effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
