Senior Key Account Manager

What you will enjoy doing

  • Responsible for accounts across Middle East and North Africa.
  • Collaborate with all technical internal divisions within the plants in the MENA region to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with our customers and maximizes sales opportunities.
  • Ensure operating daily under ALPLA's safety standards & regulations.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility.
  • Act as the account manager for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations.
  • Act as the key interface between our related customers in the region and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Participate in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
  • Meet assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.

What makes you great

  •  Commercial bachelor's degree or master's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and preferably within manufacturing industry.
  • French language is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
