Production Supervisor
What you will enjoy doing
Supervise and perform periodic inspections on the finished product, record data on the system or manually.
Identify and correct any quality defects on the finished product.
Supervise and perform injection machines statistical process data record, correct the production process according to the deviations by reporting them and the taken actions, keep records.
Supervise and perform inspections on possible rework.
Monitor the operators' performance, guiding them when necessary, aiming to maintain the work quality, and productivity.
Perform all activities, following safety standards, procedures and work instructions.
Support both Production and Warehouse operators on their daily required tasks.
What makes you great
Degree in Engineering or Technical Education Complete
Fluent Portuguese (Written and spoken)
Leadership and Management skills
More than 10 years work experience on PET Injection Machinery.
Great knowledge on Injection molding machine operation (HUSKY)
Hability to identify/solve production and product quality malfunctions.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Injection/compression caps knowledge.
PET Blow Molding (Injection Blow Molding) and Conventional Blow Molding (Extrusion Blow Molding) Knowledge
