HR Generalist
What you will enjoy doing
- Oversee all HR processes at plant level, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new employees
- Develop and implement annual training plans with local management
- Support performance evaluations and employee development
- Coordinate exit interviews and maintain the skills/competency matrix
- Ensure GDPR compliance and handle labor law-related topics
- Lead disciplinary actions and support daily HR operations
- Organize and implement local HR initiatives (e.g. Family Day, internships, Employee of the Month)
- Contribute to budgeting and internal communication efforts
What makes you great
- 3-5 years proven work experience in HR within a manufacturing company and/or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or Law
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Experience in organizing and prioritizing a busy workload
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Focuses on confidentiality
- Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and plant management
- Experience of using an HR database or system
- Good business English language skills
