Role Summary - Seeking an experienced professional for project management and precision tooling projects for pump molds. The role combines injection molding expertise, injection molds design reviews, trials, validations and cross-functional communication to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
Key Responsibilities
 Create Project Charter and risk management documents.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
 Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
 Lead multi-cavity Injection mould development. DFM, mold design, tooling, trials, validation, and launch
 Coordinating with external suppliers to optimize the supply chain, ensured strong follow-ups for project tasks.
 Coordinate with QC team for dimensions analysis and functional testing.
 Maintain project documentation i.e., Gantt charts, Inspection reports, customer specific documents, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies
 Sample submissions for customer approval and support initial production supplies.

 3-5 years in Injection Molding, FMCG Packaging, R&D/NPD, and Project Management
 Expertise in Injection mold development and mold validation
 Experience in pump category products
 Strong analytical and decision-making skills
 Good knowledge of Injection molding process
 Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
