Head of Logistics

• Forecast demand, identify operational risks, and ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery with accurate documentation.
• Develop logistics strategies, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive logistics digitalization and optimize system integration
• Implement global warehouse standards and improve warehouse layout, inventory turnover, and equipment utilization across all plants.
• Optimize transportation resources and networks, manage logistics service providers, and control unnecessary logistics costs.
• Standardize secondary packaging processes, improve cycle efficiency, and manage reusable packaging based on total cost of ownership.
• Lead logistics improvement projects and support the development of logistics systems for new plants.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand supply chain requirements, and improve end-to-end collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve urgent operational issues while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, customer, and ALPLA standards.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience in capacity planning is required.
• Experience in Project management and a strong IT background are highly preferred.
• Proactive, accountable, results-oriented, and hands-on experience in digital transformation.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English

Working Schedule & Location

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 08.00 - 17.00 hrs.
• Location: TFD Industrial Estate 2, Chachoengsao
