Global Quality Assurance Expert - Customer & Complaint Handling (all gender)

In this role, you will analyze the current global quality situation within the ALPLA world together with the Corporate Quality Team and initiate improvement projects with various regions/works. The goal is to achieve ALPLA's Operational Excellence objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and reporting on global quality assurance at ALPLA, including investigating trends and root causes
• Coordinating global improvement projects (product quality) to increase customer satisfaction and reduce issues
• Conducting workshops with regions/works to solve process- or technical-related problems and address escalated/critical customer complaints
• Handling global customer inquiries regarding quality-related matters and intervening in escalations
• Participating in various cross-functional projects related to standards, processes, software, methods, digitalization, reporting, etc.

• You have a higher technical education (university, technical college, technical high school) in the field of quality, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a similar discipline
• You have experience in a production-oriented environment and in the field of quality assurance
• You possess customer handling experience, negotiation skills, strong communication and moderation abilities, as well as presentation skills
• You bring extensive experience and knowledge in common tools of quality, process, and project management, as well as problem-solving
• Due to the international nature of the tasks, a good command of English and a basic willingness to travel are required
