Maintenance - Executive

What you will enjoy doing

  • You will be responsible for Preventive/ Predictive and breakdown maintenance of equipment's and facilities, preparation of maintenance schedules and ensures that team adheres to it and performance activities as per SOP
  • You need to track machine downtime sources and implement continuous improvement plans required to increase plant OEE
  •  You will be responsible for well-being of the production machines, utility machine, Auxiliary machines and all the assets required for the smooth operation of the machine
  • You will maintain record of spares, stocks and consumption and keep it up to date all time
  • You will be responsible for AMC Implementation whenever applicable
  • You will be responsible for implementation of cost saving and energy saving measures wherever possible by initiating programs and procedures to reduce spending and enhance performance
  • You will maintain database of preventive and breakdown records all the time, and it should be available for audit at any time
  • You will supervise, leads and inspire a team of subordinates to efficiently achieve departmental objectives through daily planning and scheduling and reviews of work performance.
  • You should follow guidelines on communication of any issue and keep all stakeholders informed at all times.
  • You will have to works with managers effectively to ensure the policies and goals of the organization are met or exceeded.
  • You will have to ensure that all safety norms are adhered
  • You will be responsible for training of all subordinates on plant and machinery.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

What makes you great

  • You have 4-5 years of experience in relevant field
  • You hold a university degree in B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • You are computer literate (Excel, Minitab, Power point, Word)
  • You have the ability to work well with other departments
  • You are able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills.
