Process Engineering-SBM

Oversee and optimize the performance of production equipment and processes to maximise efficiency and product quality.

Analyze production data, identify process improvements and implement solutions to address any issues or bottlenecks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and implement process changes.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and quality control systems.

Provide technical support and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Assist in the planning and execution of plant expansions, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

A bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within the packaging or manufacturing industry

Proficient in process optimization, data analysis, and problem-solving

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
