Production Supervisor (Change Model)
What you will enjoy doing
- Control efficiency of change over (change model) to complete quality and limited time.
- Consider ideas, and ways to improve the efficiency of changeover (reduce change over time, easy method to change over)
- Control production efficiency and meet KPIs department.
- Control and organize manpower to support the plan fully.
- Control 5S to meet the standards of the company.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising production line, has skill about people management.
- Knowledgeable in machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to use software system for production management
- Good communication skills (oral, written, local and in English language)
- Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety
- Able to work Monday - Saturday, work overtime and can work shifts
