Sales Manager
What you will enjoy doing
- Identifying and managing market trends and risks.
- Developing Sales strategies with the local/regional board and Department Manager to maintain and grow the business.
- Identifying and developing new business segments to meet company targets.
- Organizing meetings and customers visits to develop potential business.
- Forecasting, Planning & Organizing needed exhibitions to support market expansion.
- Offering prevailing or new packaging solutions to already existing or new acquired customers.
- Calculating sales prices with support from Corporate / local Sales or ALPLA production plants.
- Budgeting potential marketing activities (market research, prototypes, etc.).
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of the related markets.
- Implementing sales processes and activities monitored through KPI's.
- Cooperating with other department on the product availabilities (purchasing, production, quality, supply chain etc.).
- Leading assigned Sales executives team and enhance staff accomplishments and competences by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions to less experienced team members and teach improved processes.
- Maintaining professional relationship with assigned accounts at all levels and strive to continuously increase customer satisfaction.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
- Leading and developing the Sales and Service functions of the assigned business to maximize operational effectiveness.
What makes you great
- 5+ years' experience within Sales in FMCG and/or B2B and proven track of leading people.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and related field.
- Experience in plastic packaging industry is a plus. (Rigid plastic packaging, Preform, Cups, and pallets).
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in B2B business development or account handling is a must.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages (German is a plus).
