Head of D365 Service Hub

What you will enjoy doing

  • Create, manage and lead a successful team in the D365 service HUB for Europe & Middle East/Africa
  • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the staff in the service HUB
  • Optimize business processes in close cooperation with Corporate department in HQ
  • Implement and train ERP standard processes in our plants in Europe & Middle East/Africa and develop know how regarding D365 application (focus on the departments Accounting, Procurement and Maintenance)
  • Being actively involved in the updates of new solutions developed in the Scrum style
  • Align with the corporate D365 team the timings and plans for releases of new developments
  • Ensure an efficient way of tests & training of new developments to the key users in the operating plants

What makes you great

  • Degree in IT Management (business administration and/or IT) or similar education
  • Analytical and cross-system thinking
  • Considerable knowledge of business processes, strategic planning and budgeting
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable systems are an advantage
  • Outstanding communication skill: English language and local language mandatory and Team player
  • Ability to explain process details in a simple, understandable way
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel (30-40%)
