
Maintenance Engineer (m/w/d)
What you will enjoy doing
- Be a subject matter expert in equipment maintenance and repair
- Develop and deliver training sessions for local maintenance teams
- Collaborate with various equipment manufacturers
- Lead the establishment of world-class maintenance practices and methods
- Support plants in root cause analysis, analyzing equipment performance, and proposing improvements
- Participate in key projects involving new or transferred equipment
- Create and optimize maintenance strategies and plans that align with our goals and budgets
What makes you great
- Education in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance
- Experience with maintaining equipment such as injection molding and blow molding
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to transfer knowledge effectively
- Experience with machine lubrication and vibration condition monitoring (certification is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills • Willingness to travel ~30%
- Fluency in English (fluency in German, Romanian or Polish language is an advantage)
